The Team

Sara Webber is the Chief Remote Pilot and CEO of Skypan. She established Skypan in August 2017 with the completion of her Remote Pilot License (RePL). Her passion for flying, photography, videography, and landscape / graphic design has found its home in the rapidly evolving drone industry. Her love of flying continues to reach higher altitudes as the variety of clients and diversity of shoot locations have taken off!

(there is no shortage of drone operator jokes!)

She is now a certified Drone Operator (ReOC - Dec 2017) and qualified for commercial aerial operations within Australia, with RPA's up to 25kg.

Sara studied Landscape Architecture (Bachelor of Environments) at the University of Melbourne, and has a Permaculture Design Certificate. She was proud to be a participant of the Engineers Without Borders Humanitarian Design Internship in Gujarat, India in 2016; and the lessons learned from that experience still influence her career ethos.

Mission Statement

Conducting aerial RPA operations in the safest and most ecologically mindful manner possible; whilst capturing the beauty of each individual landscape.

Promoting awareness of the anthropologically-induced climate crisis  (ie. pollution, plastic consumption, drought) through the use of graphic design and social media to inspire interest in human-nature relationships & ecology.
